This policy explains what Pluginix (RK Technologies LLC) collects when you visit pluginix.com, buy a plugin or use one of our plugins, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Account and purchase details: your email address, name, billing address and purchase history. Card details are entered on Stripe's checkout page and never reach our servers.
- License activity: your license key and the URLs of the sites you activate it on, plus the plugin, WordPress and PHP versions those sites report when checking for updates.
- Sign-in: a cookie that keeps you signed in to your account. We don't use advertising or analytics cookies.
- Support emails: whatever you send us when you ask for help.
- Server logs: our hosting provider records IP addresses and request details for security and troubleshooting.
What our plugins send
Plugins send form data you choose to map directly from your website to the service they connect to (for example, monday.com). That data never passes through our servers.
How we use it
To process orders, deliver downloads and updates, enforce license site limits, send receipts, sign-in links and important account notices, answer support requests and meet tax and legal obligations. We don't sell personal data or send marketing email without your consent.
Who we share it with
- Stripe: payments, invoices and tax calculation.
- Cloudflare: website hosting and database.
- Resend: sending account emails.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Account and license records are kept while your account exists. Purchase records are kept as long as tax law requires. Sign-in links expire after 15 minutes and sessions after 30 days.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data by emailingsupport@pluginix.com. Depending on where you live (for example in the EU, UK or California), you may have additional rights under local law, including the right to complain to a data protection authority.

If we make significant changes, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, email you.
