For Gravity Forms

monday.com Connector for Gravity Forms

Create a monday.com item every time a form is submitted. Built on the Gravity Forms feed framework, so it sets up like the official add-ons: feeds, field mapping, conditional logic and logging.

Features

Everything you need to get entries into monday.com

Native Gravity Forms feeds

Add as many feeds per form as you need, each sending to its own board. Feeds live in the form settings, right next to your other add-ons.

Map any field to any column

Pick a board and map form fields to its columns. Each column shows its type, so you know what format monday.com expects.

Update instead of duplicating

Match entries to existing items by email or another column. A returning contact updates their item; a new one creates it.

Values formatted for you

Phone numbers, dates, timelines, weeks, ratings, checkboxes and more are converted to the format monday.com needs. Missing status and dropdown labels are created for you.

Conditional logic

Only send entries that match your rules, using the same conditional logic as the rest of Gravity Forms.

Runs in the background

Entries are sent after the form is submitted, so visitors never wait on the monday.com API. Network and rate-limit errors are retried automatically.

Resend with one click

The entry screen shows the item each feed created and a button to send the entry again. Resending updates that item instead of creating a duplicate.

Know when something fails

Every send adds a note to the entry, and you can get an email with the error and a link whenever an entry can't be sent.

How it works

Set up in three steps

Connect

Paste your monday.com API token in the plugin settings. A green check confirms it works.

Add a feed

In any form's settings, add a monday.com feed and pick the board to send entries to.

Map fields

Match form fields to board columns, add conditions if you need them, and save. New entries now create items.

Questions

Do I need a paid monday.com plan?

Any monday.com account that can create a personal API token works. The plugin creates items on boards your token can access.

What happens when my license expires?

The plugin keeps working. You stop receiving updates and support until you renew.

Can I move my license to another site?

Yes. Deactivate the old site from your account page, then activate the license on the new one.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes, within 14 days of purchase if the plugin does not work for you. See the refund policy for details.
