Terms of Sale

These terms cover buying and using plugins from Pluginix, a trade name of RK Technologies LLC, an Arizona limited liability company ("we", "us"). By buying a license you agree to them.
Licenses
- A license lets you use the plugin on the number of sites in your plan. A site is one WordPress installation; staging and local copies of a licensed site don't count.
- Licenses last one year and renew automatically each year until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account; the license stays active until the end of the paid year.
- While a license is active you get plugin updates and email support. If it expires, the plugin keeps working, but you no longer receive updates or support.
- You can move a license between sites by deactivating one site in your account and activating another.
Software license
The plugins are released under the GNU General Public License v2 or later, the same license as WordPress. Your Pluginix license covers access to downloads, automatic updates and support, not your rights under the GPL.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed by Stripe. Sales tax or VAT is added at checkout where it applies. We may change prices for future renewals and will email you before a renewal at a new price.

Third-party services
Our plugins connect to services such as monday.com, and require products such as Gravity Forms, that are sold and run by other companies. Their terms apply to your use of them, and changes they make can affect how our plugins work. We aren't affiliated with them.
No warranty
The plugins are provided "as is". We work hard to make them reliable but don't guarantee they will be error-free or meet every need. Test on a staging site before relying on them for important data.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to a plugin or these terms is limited to the amount you paid us for that plugin in the 12 months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA.
